Goa Information Technology Minister Rohan Khaunte today said the US President Donald Trump's decision to restrict the use of H-1B visa is a blessing in disguise. Because of the Trump administration's policies, talented professionals who had migrated to the US would now return, he said. Speaking to a group of polytechnic students here, Khaunte said the state government will soon come out with a policy on start-ups for the benefit of those returning from the US. "We have a lot of people who have gone abroad, who want to come back for various reasons.
We need to find industry and security for them.... I am happy and quite proud to say that in the next ten days, a proper policy on start-ups will be implemented," he said.
