Bikaner recorded 45 degrees Celsius, followed by 44.5 at Jaisalmer, 44.3 in Barmer, 44.2 in Kota, 43.7 in Pilani, 43.2 in Jaipur, 43 in Dabok in Jodhopur and 42.1 in Ajmer. The MeT department has predicted heatwave to severe heatwave condition at many places and warm night conditions in isolated places in western region of Rajasthan. Heatwave condition at a few places in eastern Rajasthan in next 24 hours is likely.
