"There are three films that I have signed. The first one is Maneesh Sharma's film, which I will begin in August and finish by November. After that I will do Prabhu Deva's film in February and then Bejoy Nambiar's film, which will start next year.
"There are various other films that I am considering. I have decided to work more often. I have been told that I work very little and I also feel it myself," Shahid, 31, said.
Though producer Ramesh Taurani confirmed signing Shahid for a film to be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the actor denied it.
"Yes Raj and I met, but I haven't signed the film as of now," he said.
Shahid said despite films like "Mausam" and "Teri Meri Kahani" failed to click at the box-office, he will not stop listening to his heart while signing a project.
"Honestly, I do films from my heart. I have been doing this and I would like it to continue that way. I will do films regardless of whether they do well or not, because eventually, nobody knows what is going to happen. One just needs to believe, be passionate about the film and work," he said.
