IMD warns of heat wave in parts of north Telangana tomorrow

Adilabad district in today recorded the highest temperature of 44.4 degrees Celsius in the state.

Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a warning that heat wave conditions were likely to prevail at some places in north tomorrow.


Nizamabad and Mahabubnagar both recorded maximum temperature of 44 degrees Celsius, followed by Ramagundam (43.4) and Medak (43.2).

"The maximum temperature is likely to be above normal by 2 to 4 degrees and above 42 degrees Celsius at isolated places in the north and above 40 degrees Celsius at many places tomorrow," IMD website said.
