India yet to achieve many goals: Assam Guv

has said that India, despite being one of the fastest growing economies in the world, was yet to achieve many of its goals.

The lauded the University's foremost goal to reach to all sections of the society in terms of imparting education, its diverse course structure, a strong faculty and well-defined infrastructure.

He hoped that the university would continue to provide quality to the students and emerge as a pioneer centre for excellence in the Northeastern region.

The also urged the degree holders to contribute to the welfare of the society and the nation.
