Indiabulls Housing Fin cuts home loan rate by 15 bps

Mortgage lender Indiabulls Housing today said it has reduced rate by up to 15 basis points for loans up to Rs 30 lakh.

The company is offering a rate of 8.35 per cent to women borrowers and 8.40 per cent to others.

Aspire Home Finance, promoted by Services (MOFSL), today said it has provided financial assistance of Rs 4,142 crore to more than 50,000 economically weaker section and lower and middle customers for purchase of affordable housing in the last three years.

"It is indeed a momentous occasion for all of us and very heartening to see the company reaching the milestone of servicing more than 50,000 customers cumulatively in such a short span of time," MOFSL's chairman and managing director, Motilal Oswal, said in a statement here.

The average loan size of Aspire Home is Rs 9 lakh.
