Law Minister asks Midnapore police to investigate 2010 case

State Law Minister Malay Ghatak today directed the West Midnapore police department to investigate a 2010 case in which a businessman's house was raided instead of a Maoist hideout.

Police said they have received directions from Ghatak to begin investigation as to why Sanjay Sath, a businessman in Uttarabill village's house was raided instead of Sanjay Rai's house.
