A man from neighbouring Maharashtra was held with ganja worth Rs 11.50 lakh, police said today.
The accused Subhash Chavan, along with two others, was transporting the ganja from Andhra Pradesh to Maharashtra yesterday, a senior police official said.
Acting on a tip-off, the Hanamkonda police apprehended Chavan, while the two others managed to escape from the spot, he said.
Police said a case has been registered and a probe was on.
