A district court here has given life imprisonment to a 56-year-old man for raping a six-year-old girl. Additional sessions judge Sangita Kahlipe ordered that Afajuddin Mohammad Shaikh alias Takala Mama, who hails from Koparkhairane, would remain in jail till his death and asked the District Legal Services Authority to provide adequate compensation to the mother of the victim.
