"Mohsin Aslam Kashmiri (28), working as a junior artist in movies, was today arrested after some photographs showed he was indulging in the mayhem at Azad Maidan on August 11," Joint Police Commissioner (Crime) Himanshu Roy said.

According to police, the accused was dancing on the vehicles damaged during the violence.

Five of the 61 arrested were let off after the investigators did not find any evidence against them.

Two youths were killed and 52, including 44 policemen, were injured on August 11, when a rally at Azad Maidan called to protest alleged atrocities on Muslims in Assam and Myanmar turned violent.

Protesters went on a rampage attacking the police, including some women constables, torching media and police vehicles, as well as smashing cameras of photo-journalists and damaging buses.
