Policeman nabbed on charge of accepting bribe

Sleuths of Vigilance Bureau today nabbed an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) at Nabha in Patiala district, while allegedly accepting a bribe.

On Harinderpal Singh's complaint, ASI Tehal Singh, posted at Kotwali police station, was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe of Rs 35,000, an official spokesperson of the Vigilance Bureau said.
