Rape-murder of Delhi girl: SC asks CBI to conclude probe

The victim's mother has alleged that her daughter's four friends, who were travelling in the car on August 1, 2015 along with her, remained unhurt. But, her daughter was hit so badly that she died in the hospital.

She had alleged that her daughter had been murdered as she had injury on the left side of the face. She also demanded a probe alleging that her daughter was sexually assaulted.

The incident had happened near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida and the SHO of the local police station had refused to file an FIR then. He had asked her to file a complaint in since she was a resident of the national capital.
