: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will tomorrow address a meeting here to condole the recent passing away of senior leader of the Sangh K Suryanarayana Rao.
Bhagwat will address the meeting to be held in the Meenakshi College at 6.30 pm, RSS said today.
Arunachal Pradesh Governor V Shanmuganathan and senior RSS, BJP leaders are expected to participate in the meet, the Saffron outfit said.
Suryanarayana Rao passed away on November 19 in Bengaluru after serving the Sangh and its affiliate outfits in various capacities for over 70 years.
Born in 1924, at Mysore, Rao joined the RSS in 1942 at Bangalore. He became a fulltime worker (pracharak) of RSS in 1946.
He had done extensive organisation work in states including Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and remained a bachelor all his life.
