Six-year-old raped

raped allegedly by a 22-year-old youth in Bombay colony at Nandgram here, police said.

"The minor was playing when the youth, a neighbour, entered her house and took her away on the pretext of buying her food from the market," SSP Ghaziabad Preshant Kumar said.

The accused then raped her in a deserted house in the colony and left her unconscious, he said.

Rape was confirmed after medical examination of the victim, he said, adding that the name of the youth will be disclosed soon as he is pending arrest.
