Sloganeering mars Guv's address to Telangana Legislature

Sloganeering by the main opposition marred E S L Narasimhan's address to the joint sitting of Legislature on the opening day of the Budget Session here today.

The members trooped into the well of the House, but were prevented by marshals from going further.
