"Take steps to stop AP from building check dam across Palar"

Working President MK Stalin today expressed concern over Andhra Pradesh's efforts to build check dams across river Palar and urged the to form a River Protection Committee to handle such issues.

"I request the state to take steps to stop from constructing check dams across Palar," he said in a statement.

Stalin, also Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly, said the should take steps to expedite a case in this regard.
