Two boys crushed to death by train

Two class five students were killed when they were hit by a speeding train in Modinagar area.

The mishap occurred last night when the boys identified as Aakash and his friend Sachin, both 12 years old, went out to answer call of the nature, police said today.

The two boys, residents of Sudamapuri Colony of Modinagar area, had gone near the railway track.

"Eyewitnesses told police that the they were crushed to death by Shalimar Express train, which was going to Meerut from Delhi," said a senior police officer.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem.
