Two suspected ISI spies were detained by intelligence agencies in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan.
"The two men are residents of a village located near the Indo-Pak border in Jaisalmer. They were detained following inputs by central intelligence agencies yesterday," DIG Security, H Raghvendra Suhasa, told PTI today.
He said that the two men were being interrogated at Jodhpur by intelligence agencies.
They are believed to have passed on strategic information related to military installations to their handlers in Pakistan, an official alleged.
Some Pakistani sim cards and documents were recovered from their possession and these are being examined, he added.
