Delhiites today woke up to a windy morning with the minimum temperature settling at 28.4 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average. According to the MeT department, humidity level recorded at 8.30 AM was 74 per cent. An official of the department has predicted partly cloudy sky throughout the day, but said there was no possibility of rain. "The skies will remain partly cloudy and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 35 degrees Celsius," the official said. Yesterday, the minimum and maximum temperatures were recorded at 27.6 degrees Celsius and 34.6 degrees Celsius respectively.
