A woman has alleged that two men had attempted to sexually assault her on the pretext of giving her a job, the police said today. The complainant, a resident of Seelampur in Delhi, told police that the accused had called her to Noida for a job placement. In her complaint, the woman said that on reaching Noida yesterday, she was taken to an apartment where the man and his kin tore her clothes and attempted to sexually assault her.
But she managed to escape, SHO of Sector 49 police station SHO Vinay Kumar Singh said. On the woman's complaint an FIR has been registered and investigation is underway, the police official said.
