Expressing interest in the construction of the township, Satish said that use of pre-cast concrete slab could complete the project early and to construct slabs, plants could be set up at two places. Using fly ash from different power plants in Jharkhand would keep the environment clean and employment would also be generated in the slab construction plants, he added.
