Wall Street opens lower on worries over delay in tax cuts

The Industrial Average fell 16.1 points, or 0.07 percent, to 23,445.84.

The S&P 500 lost 4.57 points, or 0.17 percent, to 2,580.05. The Composite dropped 12.97 points, or 0.19 percent, to 6,737.08.
