Qualcomm has plans to launch its new processor in single, dual and quad-core versions with integrated multi-mode technology to support 4G technology

"We expect phones with clock speed of 2.5 Ghz per core to be in market by end of 2012. The processor will be based on Krait mirco-architecture and will be part of Snapdragon processor family that we offer," Qualcomm India President and South Asia Senior Vice President Avneesh Agrawal told PTI.
