Daewoo Motors India (DML) move to slash the price of Cielo by Rs 1,29,800 is not expected to affect market dynamics significantly but has brought the price down to more realistic market levels. The price reduction of around 20 per cent of the prevailing market price of Rs 6,20,000 is approximately equal to the discounts being offered by the dealers in the last few months.
