The company was incorporated as Baroda Synthetic Resins on 21 Apr.'93 and the name was changed to the present one in 1993. It was promoted by Shekhar Jain and Sandeep Mittal. The company manufactures all types of resins with an installed capacity of 6000 tpa. Synthetic resins are industrial raw materials used by the paint, printing ink and tyre industries. The company is employing an indigenously developed technology. It came out with a public issue in Jan.'94 to part-finance the manufacture of different types of resins including alkyd resins, rosin modified phenolic resins, maleic resins, non-reactive polyamide resins, amino resins, and pure phenolic resins.
