BPL Display Devices Ltd. (BPLDISPLAYDEV) - Company History

BPL Display Devices Ltd., incorporated as a public limited company in Nov.'85, as Uptron Colour Picture Tubes (UCPTL), a sick industrial unit referred to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), was promoted by the UP Electronics Corporation (UPTRON), a wholly-owned undertaking of the UP Government.
