Incorporated as a private limited company in Nov.'90, MOL was converted into a public limited company in Jul.'93. The promoters were Nirmalkumar R Shah and Vivekkumar R Shah. In Jan.'94, MOL made its initial public offering aggregating Rs 4.82 cr, to part-finance a five-colour sheet-fed offset printing press to print 45 mln sheets pa. The proposed location of the project was Waliv (Thane district), Maharashtra. The estimated cost was Rs 15.92 cr, as appraised by IDBI. The company has imported state-of-the-art colour computerised flexible printing machine with environment-friendly polymer coating facility. The project is under final stage of implementation. Civil work has been completed. The clientele of MOL includes Bayer India, Hawkins Cookers, Milton Plastics, VIP Industries, etc. The Project of the Company has been delayed as the Printing Machine purchased from MAN Roland could not be installed for requirement of machine parts.
