With demand for LED lighting expected to increase manifold in India, Chinese firm MLS Co Ltd, which is among the world’s top ten largest LED lighting manufacturers, is eyeing to tap the energy-efficient lighting market in the country with the launch of premium LED lighting brand FOREST LED. The company will introduce the new LED brand at the LED Expo 2015, to be held from May 7-9, 2015 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.

Speaking about the launch, Lawrence Lin, general manager, MLS Co & Ltd, said, “The timing of the show is perfect as the Indian government is undertaking significant steps to increase adoption of energy-efficient lighting within the country. Committed to provide most energy efficient lighting solution to Indian consumers, we will present the latest lighting technologies from our Forest Lighting brand with the extensive range of domestic, industrial, indoor, outdoor, street light, commercial and retail lighting at LED Expo in Mumbai.”

Besides access to the new product launches by various lighting brands, LED Expo 2015 Mumbai will offer the opportunity to interact with manufacturers of this breakthrough lighting technology as well as experience and compare cost-effective lighting solutions that offer greater payback in terms of low operational costs, fewer replacement and maintenance expenses, brighter spaces and enhanced productivity.

“Providing a distinct aesthetic advantage, LEDs are allowing designers to reinvent lamps and light itself in ways that once seemed impossible. The innumerable benefits of LED lights in terms of energy-efficiency, environment-friendliness, cost-saving, zero UV emissions and design flexibility opens new opportunities for architects & interior designers, urban, town and smart city planners, project management consultants, building contractors and Lighting engineers. The technological potential of LEDs is only beginning to be realised and with the right blend can provide designers and town planners the flexibility to adjust and adapt the ambiance of indoor, outdoor, commercial and residential spaces with minimal energy consumption,” said Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India, the organizer of LED Expo 2015.

Addressing the energy-efficiency, design, and business needs of modern city spaces, LED Expo 2015 will serve as an indispensable platform for solutions for architectural, automotive, residential, commercial, street lighting as well as decorative landscape and garden lighting. The exhibition is expected to showcase products from over 100 companies from China, Germany, India, Russia, Singapore, Thailand and the UAE.
