Who is better placed to lead the BJP between Modi and Advani?

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh is under pressure to appoint Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi the campaign committee head for the 2014 polls at the end of the Goa conclave. As NaMo chants are growing louder and more aggressive, the final call of BJP chief only seems to be a formality now. Efforts are underway by the party leadership to bring around senior leader LK Advani to support the move. Advani, who is opposed to Modi’s projection, chose to stay away from the meet, the first time he has done so from such an event since the party was formed in 1980.
