Kiminobu Tokuyama, CEO and managing director, Nissan India: To boost investment and maintain the current growth momentum in automobile industry the focus should be on infrastructure including power, road and electricity.

The government should also focus on producing high quality talent labour force, which is extremely important for any industry.

Asit K Barma, chairman, SAE India (southern section): The new government should come up with an automotive policy to enhance the investment in the industry.

Preetha Reddy, managing director of Apollo Hospitals: The new government's one of the main focus should be on education along with healthcare. I think there will be policy focus on health education and training because we don't have enough manpower. I expect the new government will address these issues for better inclusive growth. The other major issue is electricity. The state once was surplus in power but has now started buying from the open market. The power shortage is to the tune of around 3000 MW a day.

Chandrajit Banerjee, CII Director General: CII would like to work with the government for the development of physical infrastructure with plug-and-play environment, strong transportation and logistics, social infrastructure including skill and talent, health and financial inclusion. The third major focus would be on sustainable development on water and clean technology.
