Realty developer Ackruti City has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 29.79 crore for the second quarter of current year, while the same was at Rs 195.36 crore during the year-ago period.

The consolidated total income of the real estate developer stood at Rs 79.23 crore during the September quarter of FY'10, whereas the company had recorded a total income of Rs 250.30 crore during the corresponding quarter a year earlier, Ackruti City said in a filing to the BSE today.
