Real estate developer Ackruti City today reported a decline of 95.79 per cent in its net profit to Rs 7.20 crore for the first quarter ended June 2009, over the same period last year.     

Total income declined to Rs 39.96 crore in the latest quarter, against Rs 234.41 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal, Ackruti City said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
