The new Bombardier coaches for the Delhi Metro are way better than the earlier ones in terms of the way they look, the seating space and so on. Indeed, they’re so ahead of their time, the new coaches on the Yellow Line (Central Secretariat to Jahangirpuri) even announce “passengers can get down at the New Delhi stop for New Delhi railway station and the Airport Link”. The airport link is not yet operational and even the Delhi Metro’s website does not give a deadline for when the airport link will be completed.
