Akruti City net profit at Rs 25,520 lakhs

Akruti City Limited today announced its annual results for the financial year 2008-09. While gross turnover of Rs 435.16 crores for the 12-month period, with a net profit Rs 255.20 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) is Rs. 39.69.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director, Akruti City Limited Mr Vyomesh Shah said, "Despite the turbulent times the real estate industry has been through, Akruti has done reasonably well. Our existing and forthcoming projects coupled with our prime land banks will help us achieve robust growth in the next financial year."
