Cement major, Ambuja Cements, today said that its production for the month of July stood at to 1.44 million tonnes as against 1.39 million  tonnes in the year-ago period.

Its despatches rose to 1.438 million tonnes as comapred to 1.376 million tonnes in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, a press release issued here said.

Its despatches stood at 11.302 million tonnes as against 10.587 million tonnes, the release said.
