AMD initiative for channel partners

AMD   today announced the launch of a new initiative to provide single-window access for all matters related to the channel community.

The channel partner community can now directly contact Sandip Naik, AMD’s head of channel sales and distribution for India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, to provide feedback, get queries addressed, resolve issues or receive information.

The route to reach Naik is a dedicated email address “channelhead@amd.com” that is diligently monitored, allowing Naik to respond to each inquiry, quickly.
 
The provision of a single-window access to all channel-related matters helps AMD to resolve all queries within the stipulated time, enhancing AMD’s ability to positively affect its channel partners’ business.
