| Aptech Computer Education announces 'Techno Minds' IT contest for students |

Aptech Computer Education-the flagship brand of Aptech Ltd. hosted an inter-centre competition Techno Minds for the students of the premiere career program, ACCP course and the Sun Java, Oracle & Red Hat Linux certification courses. Participants included students from the fist and second year exclusively from the west zone, i.e. Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Techno Minds also gave away “Tech Guru”, the award for the best faculty of West for his/ her contribution towards maintaining quality delivery and expertise.
The panelists for this prestigious event were Mr. Venkat, Global Academic Head – Aptech, Mr. Ali, Head – Aptech Learning Services along with Mr. Vinodh Sundaram, Technical Academic Head – Aptech.
Students in each centre were given course specific group projects. Out of the pool of projects made by the students, few were shortlisted for Techno Minds. All participants received a ‘Certificate of Participation’. The Best two projects were declared winners in ‘Core’ and ‘Advance’ category and received a Special Certificate from Aptech.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ninad Karpe, MD & CEO, Aptech Ltd. said, “Techno Minds has evolved to encourage students to exhibit their technical skills in the IT space. It is an attempt to exhibit the technical abilities of the students through project application. I am also delighted to introduce the Tech Guru Award to felicitate our faculty members for giving Aptech an edge above the rest.”
At the competition Mr. Venkat, Global Academic Head, said, “The zeal of the students and the teachers towards the competition was incredible. Through this competition Aptech has provided students a platform to become the IT professionals of tomorrow.”
Techno Minds will continue its momentum of giving a world class learning experience to its students. Techno Minds will be next held in Delhi.
