Asian markets end mixed

Asian markets ended on a mixed note. The Hang Seng added 19 points to 21,228 and Nikkei strengthened by 101 points at 10,664.

The Shanghai Composite added two points at 3,051 and Straits Times was up eight points at 2871.

On the other hand, the Taiwan Weighted slipped 29 points to 7,749 and Seoul Composite shed five points at 1,656.

Asian markets are in red this morning. The Hang Seng has dropped 74 points to 21,134. The Nikkei, has bunked trends and is up 52 points at 10,616.

The Shanghai Composite has declined 20 points to 3,029. The Taiwan Weighted has slipped 14 points to 7,765.

The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite are flat at 2,859 and 1,661, respectively.

The Asian markets have opened on a flat note today morning. The Hang Seng is down 33 points at 21,175. The Nikkei has advanced 94 points or 1% to 10,658.

The Shanghai Composite is flat at 3,048.

The Seoul Composite and the Taiwan Weighted Index are marginally down at 1,661 and 7,773, respectively.

The Straits Times is on the other hand marginally up at 2,862, respectively.
