The bookings for the four-BHK flats, luxury pent houses and service apartments have taken off from last Friday. The real estate firm has tied up with 11 banks for offering loans to the prospective customers.

Construction work on these new offerings has already started and we hope to deliver them to our customers by the end of 2012, Punyabrata Mohanty, senior manager (corporate communications), Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Limited told Business Standard. The four BHK flats offer a built-up area of 2395 sq ft and are priced at Rs 76.64 lakh each.

The service apartments, with a built-up space of 650 sq ft are priced at Rs 3500 per sq ft.  These apartments are like fully furnished flats and are equipped with facilities like air-conditioners, LCD TVs, refrigerator, drawing room sofas with dining tables and chairs, modular kitchen and the choicest range of crockery and cutlery. Besides, these service apartments would offer other modern lifestyle amenities like gym and swimming pool.

The service apartments have been designed keeping in view the requirements of the corporate executives frequently visiting the city and also for those executives who have to stay in the city for short or long durations, said Mohanty. The high-end pent houses planned by Assotech BEBL Infrastructure would occupy the 15th and 16th floors of the Cosmopolis towers.
