BATA SHD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTS: Fifty years ago the name "BATA" used to stand for its Quality and Durability. But today the quality of Bata shoes is poor and is no where near to the quality produced by International Shoe makers. Last year I purchased a pair of Shoes from a Bata Show room in Delhi and the shoe did not last for even 3 months, where as a pair of Shoes of a British brand, purchased in 2006, is still going strong and well. What is the point in opening more show rooms to market the products without improving upon Quality, which matters the most ?
