Auto component maker Bharat Forge today said it will raise $150 million (nearly Rs 720 crore) through various fund raising routes.     

The company is seeking shareholders' nod to raise $150 million by way of issuing bonds, debentures or through global depository receipts, Bharat Forge said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Shares of Bharat Forge were trading at Rs 278.05 on the BSE, up 0.49 per cent from previous close.
