| Birla Power Solutions, a part of the Yash Birla group, announced its financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2005. Sales grew by 70 per cent on a year on year basis to Rs. 28.10 crore and net profit at Rs 2.01 crore.

| Lupin Ltd has posted a 109 per cent per cent growth in net profit at Rs 43.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 as against Rs 20.64 crore for the corresponding quarter the previous year.

| Lupin’s net sales increased 24.08 per cent to Rs 365.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 as compared to Rs 294.2 crore registered in the previous corresponding quarter.

| Manugraph India Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 15.05 crore, up 428 per cent from Rs 2.85 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

| The company’s net sales increased 116 per cent at Rs 86.66 crore for the quarter ended June 2005, from Rs 40.21 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. On a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 6 crore, the earnings per share (EPS) worked out to Rs 25.08. |
