| I a regular user of BPL Mobile since last 10 years but from last few months whenever I moves out of town I am always facing network problem. I am tired of calling customer care even though call are charged at roaming rate. Due to this network problem, lot of business also had been lost. So I would like to throw this Sim and suggest everyone that before buying Sim from from Loop mobile think several times to go for it. |

| I am planning to throw away my loop sim card coz its hopeless...i dont have any better word for this i facing network probelm since last 2 months and have almost called customer care people almost 20 times till now.....m tired so the best options have found is to throw away the sim into the bin...and suggest everyone plz be carefull before taking loop...... |

| my balance is getting deducted for calling your customer care.
The customer care is so unfriendly. you guys are providing proper information about any services. i asked the customer care executive for
gprs setting website. he hangs up my call. If u want to make a good name for yourself u better upgrade your customer care services employee's.
If possible please let me know the procedure of activating GPRS on
NOKIA 6220classic phone as early as possible with proper settings,...

| i want to report about the executives in the gallery, for delay in responding on my problem with loop mobile and provinding incomplete information to me, it is been 1 month past im facing problem with my loop no., it is been told to me that th sim is not been registered in my name, and for which i have already submited the needful documents 6 times in gallery (Goregaon west as well as Malad west), i also would like to complaint you about the executive who denied to register my complaint for the same on phone saying that you dont have any such system |
