Container Corporation of India (Concor) Limited is targeting to handle 20000 TEUs (Twenty foot Equivalent Units) in 2003-04 through its Vizag office. It started its office here on Saturday.
During the next financial year, Concor is expected to handle 13,000 TEUs of domestic traffic and 7000 TEUs of Exim traffic through Vizag Inland Container Depot, V Kalyana Rama, the senior general manager of Concor.
The proposed depot will be ready within five months in the area allotted by the railways, he revealed.
