Crossover Software Tech to expand its development centre
BS Reporter / Pune Jun 16, 2009, 15:10 IST

Eyeing a cent-per cent year-on-year growth in revenues, medical transcription services provider Crossover Software Technology Pvt Ltd is planning to expand its present development centre to add 100 additional staffers over next six months. The Pune-based health care services provider has said, it has a long list of new clients to be acquired and hence, the facility expansion was needed.

Crossover Software Technology director Jehangir Spencer said, "Our expansion plans are in line with the projected business generation and new client acquisitions over the next year. Crossover has seen 100 per cent year-on-year growth over the last decade and it would continue with the same over near future. New processes in health care documentation continue being outsourced to India and we would like to be prepared with larger delivery capabilities."

The facility expansion is expected to help the company improve the overall flow of production processes. Crossover managing director Shumu Gupta said, "The expansion was fueled by the continuous growth we have witnessed in recent years. The new facility will enable us to successfully meet the rapidly growing demand and to better serve our clients around the world. Moreover, a substantial part of the new capacity is meant for the product development team."

The firm is currently working on the commercial launch of its work flow management platform CrossDOCS.

The firm is part of US-based the Crossover Group of companies. The group services the small and medium sized companies in the health care sector. The company provides diverse mix of products and services specialised in high volume medical transcription, electronic medical records management, billing and coding and custom software solutions for the health care industry.
