Power distribution company CESC today said Dhariwal Infrastructure Private Limited has become a subsidiary of the company.

"The company has entered into an agreement pursuant to which an interest has been acquired in Dhariwal Infrastructure Private Limited (DIPL). Consequent to this acquisition, DIPL has become CESC's subsidiary," CESC said in a filing to the BSE.
