Era Infra bags Rs. 283.39 cr orders in construction vertical

Era Infra Engineering Ltd (BSE script code: 530323 and Script ID: ERAINFRA), an integrated infrastructure development company with a pan India presence through its construction & contracts division has received orders worth Rs 283.39 crore in the Education, Health and Power sectors respectively.

Era Infra Engineering Limited received the following contracts:

  • Construction of “Mega Hostel” at NIT, Calicut by National Institute of Technology, Calicut valuing Rs 88.79 cr. The scope of work includes Civil Works, Plumbing & Sanitary Works, Electrical Installation Work, Fire Hydrant and Alarm Works, Road and Drain Works. The contract is scheduled to be completed by June 2011.
  • Construction of 200 Bedded Hospital at Kokiwala Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Phase-IV, Delhi Sub Head: Construction of OD, Ward, Services, Nurses & RMO Hostel Block including Internal Water Supply and Sanitary Installation & Internal Electrical Works by PWD (GNCTD) valuing Rs 73.74 cr. The contract is scheduled to be completed by August 2010. 
  • Construction of Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Senate Campus & Academic Campus for Baba Farid University of Health Sciences by Public Works Department (B&R), Govt. of Punjab & Punjab Infrastructure Development Board (PIDB) valuing Rs 71.36 cr. The scope of work includes Civil Works, Internal Plumbing and Services, Fire Fighting Works, Electrical Works and HVAC. The contract is scheduled to be completed by June 2010. 
  • Civil, Architectural and Structural Works for GSECL, 1x500 MW Ukai TPS Extension Unit # 6 CHP & AHP Project, District Surat, Gujrat by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) valuing Rs 49.50 cr excluding the cost of steel, which shall be supplied free of cost by BHEL. The scope of work includes Civil Works, Architectural Works and Steel Structural Works for Ash Handling Plant (AHP) and Coal Handling Plant (CHP). The design of civil works of Coal Handling Plant (CHP) will also be done by Era Infra. The contract is scheduled to be completed by Oct 2010.
