Trades between FIIs generated a volume of Rs 31 crore on the BSE Friday-an increase of 76.42% from Rs 18 crore clocked on Thursday. As many as six stocks witnessed trades of 6.75 lakh shares on Friday.
Union Bank of India was traded at highest premium of 6.60% on BSE with 2.66 lakh shares changing hands at Rs 288.15 as against the spot price of Rs 270.30.
Punjab National Bank was traded at second highest premium of 5.33% on BSE with 44,539 shares changing hands at Rs 958.60 as against the spot price of Rs 910.10.
