Five lawyers belonging to the PMK's lawyers' wing, who were holding the posts of government pleaders, today resigned in the wake of the DMK snapping ties with their party.
The advocates of Madras High Court are K Balu, Government Pleader, P A Kathirvel, P Gopiraja, M Jothimani and N K T Gopu, all government advocates.
The DMK last night severed its ties with the PMK, ending months of acrimonious relationship. |
