Future Group to extend its shopping fest by a week

Kishore Biyani’s Future Group has decided to extend its shopping festival by a week even as it is set to achieve its sales target by Sunday afternoon, a top company official said.
The event titled ‘The Great Indian Shopping Festival’ was launched on December 13 and is scheduled to end on January 4. The group had a sales target of Rs 700 crore from the event.
“We have got increased demands from customers to extend the festival. We expect 15 to 20 per cent increase in our weekly sales target by extending this festival,’’ said Sandip Tarkas, president, customer strategies, Future group.
On the festival’s success, he said, “We have put our best foot forward in terms of marketing techniques and offered best merchandise and were able to encourage customers to spend more. We have seen uniform growth across all our formats and categories. Our private labels have also done well.’’
Ok, but I couldn't understand that Sandip Tarkars said that "We have got increased demands from customers to extend the festival. We expect 15 to 20 per cent increase in our weekly sales target by extending this festival" but why he didn't extend the festibal?

How and when the lucky draw is going to happen .How will the results be declared?

First I was told that lucky draw will take place on 11th Jan-09. When I went to Big Bazar at Great India Place, Noida, on 11th Jan-09, I got responded that it has got shifted to 18th Jan-09. Lastly when I went again on 28th Jan-09, I had a bad experience with the customer care representative, where I got response that we dont know anything about this lucky draw. May I know what is happening on this lucky draw, whether it going to happen otherwise this may give bad impression in public as the same may get considered as a chitting with customers. Kindly give cleare messege on your web site immediately.

How and when the lucky draw is going to happen .How will the results be declared. Is this lucky draw scheme just a hoax to fool people. Why is the company not transparent enough regarding the results?
